Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags and hygienic liners intact, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
